Who We Are
Finstream Pty Ltd was founded to solve a fundamental problem in the digital asset industry: how do you secure private keys at institutional scale, without creating the very single points of failure that make blockchain assets attractive targets?
Our answer is Multi Party Computation (MPC) a cryptographic approach that distributes private key control across multiple isolated parties, so that no breach of any single system can compromise user funds. We've built this technology into a white labeled infrastructure platform that any financial organization can deploy under their own brand.
Today, Finstream powers wallets, custody, and compliance for over 1,800 organizations globally from early stage crypto startups to publicly listed banks managing hundreds of millions of user accounts.

Our Story
Finstream was founded in Australia by a team with backgrounds in cryptography, financial services infrastructure, and regulatory compliance. The founders saw that enterprise grade digital asset security was inaccessible to the vast majority of organizations that needed it.
The company was built around a single conviction: MPC cryptography would become the standard for institutional key management, and the organizations that deployed it earliest would have a durable security and trust advantage.
Over five years of production operation, we've secured over $4 trillion in transactions without a single key compromise incident a track record that has made Finstream the trusted infrastructure layer for banks, exchanges, fintechs, and Web3 companies across six continents.

Oliver Jack
Professor of Computer Science and Director of both the Check Point Institute for Information Security and the Center for Reliable Information Systems and Cyber Security. His research focuses on cryptography and information security, with particular emphasis on the design, analysis, and application of cryptographic protocols.
George Fox
Focused on modernizing the regulation and oversight of equity and fixed income markets with emphasis on long term investors. Led the SEC through significant market developments including the 2020 COVID 19 shock, digitization of securities, Brexit and LIBOR transitions, and cybersecurity challenges. Served on the Financial Stability Board, IOSCO, FSOC, and the President's Working Group on Financial Markets. Previously spent over two decades at Sullivan & Cromwell as a member of the Management Committee, co managing partner of the General Practice Group, and co head of the Cybersecurity Group.
